Root [AT&T] help unrooting

I rooted my note 3 and then a few days ago i did an ota update. So now it is soft bricked.i was hoping you could help me through the process. The reason i want it unrooted is because i can't add a Google account, i get a message saying can't establish a reliable connection to server. I have tried everything. I rebooted with the sim chip taken out, i factory reset it and i still have the problem. I can't download an apk file so i can't get a file explore. So if you can help me with one or both that would be greatly appreciated.

PS. I'm kinda new to the whole rooting thing
