auto resize all of DCIM in small size for backup?

I wish there was an app that would automatically resize all my DCIM pictures (daily or hourly or so... ) into a new directory.....

And i will have that directory auto sync (say via sugarsync or ftp sync or etc... )

can anyone advice of one?

I use Dropbox for instant backup uploads of photos. To backup folders, I use Dropbox with FolderSync or DropSync. You cannot automatically convert and upload compressed files, say as .zip files. Compressing photo files as .zip only results in a small savings in file size anyway.

As far as i know dropbox will backup original size?

Its huge for my edge connection....

Any advise?
