Background updates app

Is there an app which shows which other apps have background updates set to and how often they update?

Ideally it would list all apps which have auto background updates set to ON, and show how often each one is set to update. For example,

Facebook 15mins
Twitter 1hour
Weather 3hours
Newsrob 30min
Groupon 6hours

etc etc.

If this doesn't exist as an app, Ive just given someone an idea...
