I believe that's the same one I've got . I paid $14.99 with 2 batteries and charger and I really like them . Maybe slightly better battery life but the charger kicks ass

No pretty sure I got it from China. Which is very hit or miss, but for $15 I took the chance and have been very happy with the outcome. I'm almost 100% sure they are OEM batteries too , have HTC logo on the front and all the same numbers on the inside. Having a spare battery and cahrger is great , I maybe put my phone on an actual charger once a week, as the battery charger seems to do a much better job of charging. Now the USB port on the charger doesnt' work too well if you are trying to charge a battery and the phone takes a very long time
