Root Battery level increasing

Quite amusing thread :)

The issue had me interested, though; anybody has any idea what made the battery level increase for no apparant reason? Random battery stat misread?
 
I haven't a clue, but it's a second battery bought off eBay when I first got the phone, sold as unbranded, came with a little black sticker on it and when I peeled it off htc was written on it, so it's possible it was from a bad batch, its a crap battery, id say it discharges twice as fast as the original one, and I've tried to callibrate it. It's just a backup. Weird though.

Were you outside when it was discharging, before you put it in your pocket? Batteries (I can't remember if modern phone ones) can be a bit poor in the cold.
