Accessories best sd card?

Hi all new to this i must say very cool forum and android in general. What is the best sd card or is there such a thing? Should i buy the biggest 32gb? This my first android phone (on a scale of technical know how i'm between field mouse and dog) first thing i notice flicking through the forum is people having trouble with their cards so if some one could give me a quick heads up i would greatly appreciate it. That or point out the sticky/threads bout this i have somehow failed to notice

16gb should work fine, 32gb is very expensive and doesnt work on all phones
