Jetflicks - Great app for downloading and streaming tons of TV shows. (Paid)
Carrr Matey - Great app for locating your car when you park in a huge parking lot.
Mixzing - Best music player on the market in my opinion. Btunes is catching up and getting better and better. So we'll see.
RedBoxer - App to be able to search movies in nearby Redbox machines. Find the movie you want, you can even reserve it from the app.
K-9 - Best email app. Period.
MotoTorch - Turn your Droid into a flashlight. Widget is fantastic.
Toss It - Addictive game. Tossing paper into a trash can. Play it once. You'll have a new favorite game to play while going number 2.
Photo Safe & Video Safe - Password protect any pictures or videos that no one but you needs to see. Makes me less nervous when friends are checking out my phone.
Swype - Best keyboard input method app.
