Help blacklisted phone cannot connect to market

Hello three days ago I found an incredible on craigslist for 70 dollors and turned out to be blacklisted. The phones beutifull and decided to keep it since it has a 16g memory and i can use it like an ipod. I have been trying to get astro file manager but cannot connect to market via wifi it gives me a message like no stable connection was found, although my wifi works perfectly with the browser. Please help me find a way to get apps on my phone thank you
