Blue Light

I keep my note 4 around just in case but picked it up to charge it and look for something on it, the carrier crap showed up but after that the phone was black and there a blue light where the notification light usually is.

is my note 4 dead now, it was just fine a week before ?

can you boot up at all? not sure about the blue light. what about booting into download or recovery modes?

i can only see the screen until all the AT&T stuff is done and then the screen goes black and i only see the blue notification light .

Hi @Bearsyzf,

How long is it since you last charged it? I'm thinking it may have totally discharged in which case you could try leaving it charging for a few hours before powering up.

i usually charge it every so often.

can you get into download mode? if so maybe you can try flashing a firmware update.
