It sounds like the lack of free space on your phoe is locking it up, keeping it from starting. Normally, in order to get your phone back in working order, I would recommend that you reboot into recovery mode and reset your device. However, since you probably have your photos on the internal sd, a factory reset would erase them all.

There really is no other way to restore your device to working order without removing the existing data, sorry.
