Hi. The call logs on my phone have changed to now include incoming and outgoing messages, as well as calls. Is there some way that I can revert this back to calls only ?

Call logs? How are you accessing your call logs? Thru the phone app? What app are you using for text messages?
 
i have never seen anything like that on a sammy phone before. my note 10+ does not do this. i can't find where a setting would be to do this. just to be sure you are going into your phone app and under the recent tabs, you see both text and calls?
 
Yes, that's correct. Then I hit the three little dots, and come up with 'Calls to show'.
All it's offering is: 'All calls and messages'
I'm asking if it's possible to change that.

that's new to me.....it does not show up on my Note10+. it only asks for calls and not messages.

and to answer your question, no i don't think there is a way to turn it off. as there is not an option under your settings. if there was, it would have been there. you can choose to pick the options or deal with messages included.

Maybe it's something your carrier changed, IDK. Was it new unlocked?
