Cannot connect to server

Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone could shed some light on a little problem I am having...

I ordered 30 HTC Hero's but am having trouble connecting 5 of them to the server...

All the rest are fine, and are using the same settings but obviously a different username and email address. does anyone have any ideas why this would happen???

try doing a factory reset .... in the system settings
