Change red font for phone number?

When I click Phone (icon) on my home screen it take me to the PhoneBook where I can dial a number. It also displays the prior callers number (above the keypad) but it is in red font and hard to read.
I cannot figure out how to change the font color here.

There must be a way as this is an usability issue.

Red text in the call log signifies 'missed call'

In Settings, under Accessibility settings, you can increase the font size across the entire phone. You can also turn on 'High Contrast Text'. Or you could invert colors for the entire display.
