ROMs Changing ROM please help.

Hey guys. I tried to delete some system apps from the stock rom of my phone and replace some of them with KitKat alike apps. I just tried to remove the unnecessary apps from my phone and change the launcher to lower the ram consumption. After doing the modifications the only things that don't work areanorama feature on kitKat camera, Google Search and the Sim-Card does not get detected. When I install the stock ROM the SIM is working so that means it's not a hardware error. Do not recommend installing CyanogenMod or something because there are not any custom ROMs for my phone. can you tell me which app is missing from the modified rom, so the sim does not get detected. Don't really use google search and camera so the sim is my priority here.

it seems a pointless thing which you are trying to acheive.why not keep things simple.which device do you have?

Have you tried rooting your phone and then go to Google Play and download root uninstaller go to the applications that you would like to remove click on uninstall and then uninstall the application that you have selected the make sure before you do this your phone is rooted go to Google Play and download root checker and that will tell you if your phone or tablet is fully rooted or not
