Every time I try to reboot into recovery, it just boots normally. It says that the ClockworkMod has been downloaded and that it's the current recovery so I don't know what the problem is. Help anyone?

Paid the $2 for Bootstrap, and it works. Problem solved.

I am having the same problem so does this mean I have to pay for the bootstrapper in order to do any Roms?

ROM Manager does not work without installing the Droid X Bootstrapper.

You must download and install the Bootstrapper separately in order for the recovery to work.
