Comp doesn't show phone after root

This happened after following Guys Root method. I followed everything to the T. Installed everything including Kies and AGAT flashed via Odin and yadadada. Now what happened is my comp wont recognise my phone and SD card unless I'm in Recovery and go to usb storage. All it shows are removable disks like H, I and F. I even removed and reinstalled Kies. I don't know what would have gone wrong.

What is yadadada? is that a step? I didn't perform this... i had no issues on win 7 but win xp i had to install media player 11 and kies before mounting would work..

Are you still on the stock rom, or did you flash something else?

Oh I was only able to fix it by adding the Blazer rom by Phantom. It has this feature that allows me to choose to allow the comp to recognize the phone or not. I thanks a lot Guy and others who tried to help.
