connect usb receiver for windows to android tv

Hi,

I have an SCISHION V88 android tv, and the avermedia h830 usb tdt receiver and video capture.

As long as I know, the avermedia is designed only to work for Windows, but I don't know if there is a way to use int on android devices like mine as long as it is usb-based and there is a 'similar' usb dongle (AVerTV Mobile 310) compatible with Android trough the app 'AverTV Mobile'
