Contacts plus dialer problem

I have a verizon galaxy s4. I like the contacts plus app but the dialer app does not work. When the phone rings, the contacts plus dialer pops app and I swipe it to answer. Then the native phone app pops up and the call drops. Every time. I wrote their support team. They just want screen shots that I cannot take because it happens too fast . Suggestions?

Have you tried a different phone app? That may help narrow down what may be causing the problem. Have you tried clearing the phone app cache & data, and uninstall/reinstall?

Just some thoughts!
