Many people have said that they have all their contacts synced from facebook, all nice and automatic, but then they go to edit them and BAM, they get an error:
"The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
And then one must click the 'force close' button.
I have a good workaround until they fix this (if ever):
Requirements:
-Your Phone
-Your facebook account
-A Yahoo Email Account
-A Gmail Account
Sync your gmail account to your phone.
Go into settings and syncing, or whatever it is, and sync it.
Go to your yahoo account, and go to 'Tools', and 'Import' all your contacts from facebook.
From here you must 'Export' to a Yahoo CSV file.
Now go into your GMAIL account.
Import all your contacts from a file, that same csv file.
Now all of your contacts should be synced.
Nicely enough, it will automatically link the 'facebook' contacts with the 'gmail' ones on your phone. Each contact should say '2 linked contacts'
You can now edit from Gmail
or
Go on your phone, and edit the 'Gmail' version of the contact. If you click on 'Facebook", it just gives the same error.
