control android youtube FROM PC

So I have a couple of apps that allow me to control my desktop youtube from my android, in effect as a remote control.

However what I would like is the opposite. My stereo system sits on the other side of the living room and I use my phone often as mp3 player plugged into said stereo system. I also use youtube occasionally in this manner. Now does anybody know of an app (or want to write one ?) that would allow me, presumably over the wifi connection, to use my PC as a remote for youtube on my Android???
