Help could anyone gives me another color of statusbar(2.3.3)

hey all , i bored to staring black color of my statusbar , do you help me to change it ,another color dont worry , or you give me a way why it changes , ive been looking on system/app/systemui.apk then open it and find res/layout/status_bar_tracking.xml ,maybe could help me how to edit .xml ?
