Root Custom ROM for US Cellular A2?

I have a us cellular A2 I am rooting/flashing for a friend. I rooted it pretty easily (after downgrading from 2.3.6 to 2.3.3), then installed AsCend 1.2 . Unfortunately that was made for Cricket A2's so I wouldn't get any 3G. Then I installed Cyanogenmod 10.1 TITAN v4 from unleashedprepaids.com and when using that rom it says I'm getting 3g, but I can't load any pages or play store, etc. I only have 1-2 bars, but still....

So if anyone knows how to get cm 10.1 working or a ROM that works for us cell, it would REALLY help me out! Thanks.
