Root Cyanogenmod on Verizon LG G3?

I'm really confused. I have seen some posts that CM12 is on LG g3, went to run the CM installer and it says your device is not supported.

What's the deal? Is CM available for the Verizon LG G3? What do I need to do to install it since the CM installer obviously doesn't work.

Hmm, never tried the CM installer. I've heard of it, but I like to flash via recovery myself.
Perhaps try to install via recovery?
