Help Data is gone!

So I've had the phone for a month now and everything (with the exception of battery life) has been great, until today. Data is totally gone. I can still make phone calls, and I still have the 3g symbol in the notification area, but nothing that uses data works. I've restarted, took the battery out, even did a factory reset. Still nothing. Anyone else having/had this problem?
 
Are you able to send texts?

Can you use the browser? If you do, does it take you to the Virgin Mobile page no matter where you try to go?

That sounds kind of like the symptom I had earlier in the week when I realized the auto pay for the month hadn't worked so my account was in a weird state.

I can send texts. And yes it just keeps going to the Virgin Mobile website

Well, if it gets to the VM website, your 3G is working but VM is not letting you go anywhere... Sounds like my problem from earlier this week, but I couldn't send texts either.

Login to your account and see if it says your due date is today. If it is, do Pay Now. If all seems in order, you might as well just call them on the phone.

Yep the due date was today, but I payed it and now the due date is 4/9. Did you get yours fixed?

It started working again after I paid it, but I do not know if the auto-payment is actually fixed or if I will have the same problem again next month.

I have a bad feeling the same thing is going to happen again, but only time will tell. There are a couple of other recent threads on the topic.
