Help Dead-or-Dying phone

I imagine the correct term for my phone at the moment would be it's "bricked" I got it early april of this year, had no problems with it, recently activated the sequencial lock, my brother tried to hack into it(well, figure out the symbol password) and reset my phone, when it turned back on, the phone was unresponsive past the first intial use. I hard reset it, wiped it clean and started anew figuring all that was lost was a bit of data, but here we are back to square one with a heavily unresponsive phone with a recurring com.android.phone has stopped working, and tw task unable to start, as well as a Phone UI failure. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
