Around one in six times when I plug my 1X into my pc for a battery charge up (while tethered by wireless) it enters this 'debugging mode'.
Dragging my settings down I can change this and get sent to the options to do this, I get set to 'developer options'. Here at the top the Dev Ops are always on and the USB debugging box is ticked. If I try and un-tick the box I get a grumpy message; no matter what I chose to do this option stays enforced.
