Haven't seen this posted just yet. Below are the default memory settings prior to changing the values via AutoKiller Memory Optimizer

Default Settings:

Foreground App -10
Visible App -15
Secondary Server -22
Hidden App -29
Content Provider -42
Empty App -56

Just in case someone overrides the defaults :) (like me and forgets)

honestly, not entirely sure. With past phones (HTC Eris, Samsung Fascinate) its made a considerable different prior to Gingerbread. Droid 3 is newer, so its up in the air until people start messing with it.

i've set mine at Optimum, (6,8,16,40,50,60). i've only been at this setting since today (because root just came out several hours ago). So, can't really gauge it yet. Althought with Freezing bloatware, disabling startup apps, and optimizing memory.... tomorrow will be a big day for the D3 and overall life/performance.
