Help device not appearing in google play site

I used to have an original droid, then upgraded to an htc rezound.
on play.google.com, the only device i have is the droid. I can't find a specific app in the play store app, but it's on the site. I can't install it to my phone because my phone isn't showing up as a device i have.

why isn't my phone appearing? and what do I need to do to get it to show up?

Have you installed ANY app via the Play Store on your Rezound? Are you using the same Google account on the Rezound as on the Droid?
