Dialing Lag getting worse, and clean cache?

My dial screen has always had lag but recently it is 10 times worse, any solutions? I want to go clean my cache but cant remember / or find , how to get to that screen. Any help would be great,

menu/settings/applications/mange apps...then let it load...(will say "computing") takes awhile... then/ menu/ sort by size, then select each app to clear cache

I just checked mine and Dialer didn't have any cache to be cleared though...


If your problem continues, reboots are usually helpful.
