    Hello all,

I am a systems admin for a camp which uses a group of Tab 2's to keep track of attendance in our various activities. I have restricted user access to one website via SureFox to make sure that our data costs do not run through the roof, but one of my employees has found out how to boot the tablets in safe mode, effectively circumventing my kiosk mode and allowing them to use the tablets however they like. I would like to know if it is possible to disable the possibility to boot into safe mode so that I can keep my 3G data costs to a reasonable amount.

    Cheers,
    Taylor

You can try locking the tabs with Norton Mobile Antivirus.

The problem is that safe mode on the tablets disables ALL third-party apps, so any Norton product would not be a viable solution. I was wondering if there is anything within the OS or system settings that could disable safe mode entirely.
