Do i have to always manually upate homscreen weather and friendstream?

Anyone familiar with this? Also I have no widgets on the home screen and it says i need to clear some before i add the Facebook widget?

If you go into settings, account sync, you can check sync all, and it will automatically keep both weather and FS up to date, but it does take up more battery power, but you can adjust the sync times to every couple of hours, or every hour if you like.

For the FB widget, you should be able to add it, but it takes up a certain amount of space on the screen, so if there are widgets there, it wont let you add it. I think it needs atleast half of a screen.
