Root Do I need to SBF???

Hey All,

So I was trying to upgrade my phone to the most current release (596) and I am stuck on the red "M" logo. I was on 595 prior to this and I followed the steps in the sticky and installed the zip right on top of the version.

During the install everything went fine and I rebooted my system and now it's stuck on the M logo. Does it take long to boot up after this upgrade?

Do I need to SBF? If so, can someone guide me to the link on the step-by-step instruction to SBFing. I have the files, however I am not familiar with the process.

Nevermind! I spoke too soon. It just started working.

After flashing a new os it can take 5-10 minutes for it to boot up.

It will also be slow for a day or two after a rom update.
