how do i change the alarm on the clock on the doc runner

Perhaps there is more to your question that I'm getting ... with dock runner active the icon in the lower right hand corner activates the alarm clock application. If the default settings aren't right for you, select one (M-F, every day, once) are the presets. Then the top bar in the menu is the TIME menu.
