Recently had a near death experience when my region suffered an Internet outage thanks to a crashed DNS Server. I needed to upload a document to a site, and the deadline was approaching. So I decided to upload it through the web browser on my phone. I got onto the site, and seemed to be able to do everything else okay, but I couldn't upload the document. It's wasn't a special process, it's just like the one we go through when we upload an image from our browsers to serve as an avatar. I know that Dolphin has some limitations, but I was wondering if there's a way to get this done without any crazy modifications, or would I need a special app for it.
I did get the document in by the way, went to a neighbors house who used a different service and got it up.
