Help Does not auto-complete names in Gmail

Hi,

I'm not sure what/where the problem is - whether in Gmail software or something else in the phone.

When I try to compose an email in Gmail, the phone will not auto-complete the name in the "To" field.
I start typing a person's name and nothing happens.
I always have to manually add from the "Add from Contacts"

All my Google accounts seem to be synced, and all my contacts are displaying on my phone.
When I use messages/sms, names will display and auto-complete.
