Dominoes Game Design

Hi all

i want to create a game and i am stuck with design.It's like dominoes.I don't want to use images for blocks because not to use much memory just want to do some canvas stuff.

I don't know if this will help you because I haven't done any real graphical Android development, but I can share a "trick" I came up with programming casino games for the TI-83 back in high school.

Instead of trying to draw each card or dice outline I made the outlines part of the static background image and used the TI's primitive version of canvas painting to only draw the pips on each die for a dice roll or to put the card value on top of the card.
