Apps Download Database after Application is installed

Hello,

I know how to insert, delete and update data in sqlite database using java in android development, but I want that when a user install my application and run it for the first time then it asks to or directly start downloading the database and then start working.

Please help me or give me any tutorial link about this that how will it work.
