Help Downloaded docs

Hi all

When i download an attachments from my mail where does it go ? It appears in the notification bar when downloaded but after that how can i find it again ?

Also, i havent done an upgrade yet. Have t mobile sorted out the issues with it yet? My phone is running a little slower than it used to

Do i use the upgrade off the t mobile site or the htc site?
