Help Droid won't save sent aol email

I have been unable to figure out how to get my Droid to save a copy of my sent email from AOL. Just switched from a BB and I'm very disappointed with this glitch! I have tried syncing everything, but that has not fixed the problem. When I send an email from the device, it simply does not save a copy in the sent folder. I can't even figure out why there's a sent folder if it doesn't save anything to it! Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
