has anybody tried this Dronix rom out on the m835 [ROM] DroniX 0.4 & 0.5 [New] by estebanSannin - Mod2Xtreme works pretty fast dude says its the fastest rom out for the ideos u8150 but i flashed it to my m835 works fine internet doesnt workwithout wifi but it is pretty fast fastest one i have seen so far even has wifi tether on it that is strong enough to send out a excellant signal thinking about changing the prl fileon it to 3020 3g see what it does.

does it atleast show 1x...or nothing at all...if nothing try flashing the mms fix.if still nothing get apn backup and restore and put this on ur sd (its the stock apn for the m835)

I got my 3G working by flashing this. You have to boot into recovery and flash the zip file. It uses Amend scripting, so if you're recovery only supports Edify (like CWM 3.x or higher) you'll have to switch to something like Ultrajack to get it to to work. Also, for whatever reason, I had to flash it twice. Trust me, it's worth jumping through the hoops. This ROM is a must for anybody with an M835. Be careful... I managed to take out my UIM a couple of times while playing around with it

Just make sure you have a backup of your stock image, or at least a fresh Mate35 image (another great ROM for our dinky little phones, although I'm not sure if you can overclock and there's definitely no 2X1D for those lucky enough to have an M835 that supports it on a hardware level). You can restore UIM by making a nandroid backup image of your current Dronix load, wiping your phone and flashing stock/fresh Mate35. Boot into stock/Mate35 and make sure UIM is fixed. Then you should be able to restore your Dronix backup with functional UIM. Hopefully this is helpful!That's the UIM problem I was talking about. You'll know when you reboot. See my previous post. This thread might prove useful as well. Once UIM is fixed, you know what they say: if at first you don't succeed, flash, flash again.
