drop down menu animation?

Hello everyone

Basically I was wondering if it is possible to add an animation to the drop down menu? I searched a bit for this and found a few guides but for different phone models so my other question is as long as its for android could I still follow those guides and get a result?
P.S I just about managed to work out how to root and then add a custom rom to my phone by following the instructions exactly so please don't be too techy

Sorry, I don't understand. Do you need animated drop-down menu for mobile application (website application)? If yes, you can try this one: how to create animated drop-down menu using only CSS3. It uses new features of CSS3 and have native CSS animation without any JavaScript.
