First off, I am truely sorry if this is a repeat question often asked by a Noob like myself, but after much searching, I have not found and answer to my problem.

Droid X, now running GB 2.3 rooted.
    previously was running Apex 2.0
SBF'd to Froyo using Linux CD version provided by this site.
    rooted, installed D2BS
cleared cache, and restored to defaults
installed 2.3 using the 2-part file provided from this site.
installed blue theme mods, and blue startup logo

All is working well, but Randomly my phone will boot into recovery mode. Usually after a battery pull,( I have 2 batteries ) or being on the charger, turned off.

It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying. I really do not want to do a complete restore to correct this annoyance.

Any help? Thanks a million to all the great Dev's and Tech's on this site.

Is your phone plugged in to the charger when you try to reboot? try rebooting without being plugged in.

its not really random...it should always boot into recovery when your phone is plugged in...and i believe that after a few battery pulls its designed to do that as well...

Hmmm.... I'll have to pay a bit more attention. But I power on the phone after unpluging the charger. Also as for the battery pulls, its never while the phone is plugged in or powered on.

Annoying yes, but if you ever get in a bootloop or some other bad thing you'll appreciate it then :p
