e mail glitch PLEASE help

I have a Milestone and a huge problem with email that my carrier, Telus, cannot solve;
Some times and without consistent pattern when I reply to an email the reply received at the other end is not what I sent but a random old email I sent long time ago or an old email I received but not related to the person I'm replying to so the glitch is not associating with the reply address. Needless to say this has caused embarassment and is a serious privacy issue in my business. I've stopped replying to emails.

PLEASE help

Also, if I delete emails they reload if I restart the phone
