Help Easily sync pictures to PC

I want to be able to backup the pictures I take from my phone on to my computer EASILY. What is easiest way to do this. I tried to use windows media player and I thought it was going to be really easy, but for some reason the pictures that I took today do not show up. I can see them on my phone, but I can't see them through windows media player. All my pictures prior to today do show up in windows media player.

Any ideas?

Dropbox is good for that. It can transfer just about anything from your phone to your computer and viceversa. Can also view things on any other computer. Its free in the market, you should look into that.
