What is normal for eCPC ("income per click") and eCPM ("income per thousand served impressions")
We have some customers running Mobclix, and they are reporting averages around 0.03USD per both eCPC and eCPM. They are all running the automatic optimization....
Anyone knows what can be done to drive these numbers upwards?
