The Email Device Administrator enforces obscenely strict policies on the Skyrocket including a 6 character password with at least one letter, one number and one special character when I setup my work email which is Exchange sever -based. My Capitivate required a four digit numeric pin. Both phones are running 2.3. I called Samsung support and explained my problem as I moved from level 1 to level 3 support. They acknowledged that it was the mail client issue, but said it probably wouldn't be fixed since I was the first person to report this. Frankly, their lack of taking responsibility pissed me off. Has anyone else had this issue, or am I the only unlucky one? Thanks...
