Root Flashing to CM 6.0 on the MT3G Fender

I recently flashed my womans phone to CM 5.0.8 following the instructions at

How To: Root The MyTouch 1.2 and Fender MyTouch | TheUnlockr

I now see that CM 6.0 Stable is out and am interested in upgrading her. I realize that I will do a full wipe etc, however my question is - Do I need to upgrade her radio to something newer or will the previous radio flash in the link above suffice?

The old radio is fine and will work with CM 6. You can update to the new one if you would like.

Hi There,

I have been digging through the cyanogenmod forums but can't find an answer.

If I do want to upgrade the radio on my wife's MT3G 1.2 edition (the one with the 3.5mm jack but not the Fender), which one should I use?

I upgraded the radio on my 32b mytouch and I had significantly better reception in my office. Now she wants hers upgraded.
