I forgot my password and I do not remember my Google account information due to not ever using this, what can I do to unlock my phone? And if I take it to Metro will they Unlock it?

No it is not rooted and I can not log onto the phone at all to do a factory reset, it is basically stuck at the android lock screen, it's my sisters phone and she got locked out and does not remember her password for her gmail due to her being young..so i'm confused as to what to do..

you can do a hard reset by pressing power and volume up/volume down while turning the esteem on. At the LG reset screen press power to confirm the reset.

If you have CWM installed it will boot to the LG reset screen n then into CWM where you will have to select factory reset/wipe data from there to do it,

With the phone off hold power until it vibrates. Release and then hold both volume up and down together until the reset screen comes up. Press power again to reset.
