Fring video calling to Sprint EVO! (with Skype support)

It looks like he's currently on the 3G network but I have to wonder if the actual video call he placed was done via WiFi... can anyone who already has an EVO please test Fring out on 3G/4G/WiFi?

Updated to latest version of Fring from Marketplace, and it is working with 4G! ver 2.1.0.6

Looking for someone to test EVO to EVO video call via fring. PM me.
 
I just tested it with a friend and his N1 from my PC. He obviously didn't have a front-facing camera so I couldn't see him, but he could see me and I saw whatever he was pointing his rear-facing camera at.
 
I think you're gonna need a few more megapixels on the front camera for that. :P

this is great news. this EVO-to-PC video calling feature was on top of my list.

now the wait gets harder and harder...
 
So will this work if you don't have Skype?

I've never used Skype, so I have to look into that.

You guys that have it working, can you give me a rundown on what I need to do (starting from scratch) to get it? Do I need to sign up for Skype first? Do I have to somehow sign up for fring?

I don't have Skype and I don't have an Android phone yet either. But when I pick mine up in a week I'd like to hit the ground running...
