Galaxy S III - better model? International or NA/KR/AU/JP

I've noticed two models of the Galaxy S III exist:

Model #1:
SoC - Samsung Exynos 4 Quad
CPU - 1.4 GHz quad-core Cortex-A9
GPU - Mali-400 MP
RAM - 1 GB RAM (international)

Model #2:
SoC - Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960
CPU - 1.5 GHz dual-core Krait
GPU - Adreno 225
RAM - 2 GB RAM (NA, KR, AU, JP)

Which model is better?

I live in the UK - which model will I get?

I'm hoping the answer is that the UK gets the 2 GB RAM model, as 2 GB is obviously better than 1 GB RAM.

You will get model #1 as that is the international version. The 2nd one is a version for the US.

I have #2 as I am USA. The quad would be nice don't fret about the RAM.

Which model is better?

On the Geekbench 2 benchmark the UK/International version gets a much higher score so measured by that it is "better".

Then again the Galaxy Note 2 is on sale tomorrow......

The UK version doesn't have LTE yet, as I understand it. However, there is a LTE version coming soon. I wonder if it will end up with the USA spec...
